How It All Started
Soulstir started when Irene Yu, a Saratoga local, moved back home after college and realized just how hard it is to find real connections. She missed having a crew to hit the trails with, so she decided to build her own.
In April 2023, she put together the first-ever hike, and that’s where it all began—one adventure, one friendship, and one badass woman at a time.
