Membership to Soulstir is open to women aged 18 and older. By registering as a member, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement. Membership fees are non-refundable, and participation in events is not guaranteed—spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Events and Services

Participation in Soulstir events, including but not limited to outdoor activities, fitness classes, or group hikes, is subject to specific guidelines and rules. You agree to adhere to any event-specific rules communicated by Soulstir and understand that participation may involve risks. By attending, you agree to the use of photographs or video footage for Soulstir’s marketing purposes.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in physical activities offered by Soulstir may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, and interaction with other members. You assume all risks associated with participation in such events and agree that Soulstir will not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses you may experience.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payment for paid events is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Soulstir. Soulstir reserves the right to modify event pricing and offerings at its discretion.
